Terms of Service.

HireByVoice is a marketplace that connects employers with virtual assistants. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 to use HireByVoice. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. One person, one account.

Voice clips must be your own voice and accurately represent your skills. Misrepresentation, deepfakes, and impersonation will get your account permanently removed and any pending payouts forfeited.

Treat VAs professionally. No harassment, discrimination, or requests for unpaid trial work. Contact details unlocked through paid plans are for hiring only - bulk export or resale is grounds for account closure.

Employer subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically. We do not offer a free trial - paid from day one filters out low-intent employers and protects VAs from time-wasters. Instead, we honor a 30-day money-back guarantee: if HireByVoice isn't a fit, email support@hirebyvoice.com within 30 days of your first charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked.

HireByVoice does not process payments between employers and VAs - those are arranged directly between the two parties using whatever method they agree on (PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, bank transfer, etc.). We never take a cut of a VA's pay.

You keep ownership of your voice clips, video intros, messages, and profile content. But by creating an account and posting or recording content on HireByVoice — and as a condition of using the platform — you grant HireByVoice a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use that content however we see fit in connection with the service. That includes the right to host, store, copy, transcribe, edit, adapt, crop, compress, caption, reformat, publicly display and perform, distribute, and otherwise use your content — together with your name, voice, image, and likeness as they appear in it — to operate, provide, improve, promote, market, and advertise HireByVoice.

This means we may feature your content and profile anywhere we choose, including our home page and other marketing pages, our apps, social media, email, and paid advertising, in any media now known or later developed, without further notice, approval, or payment to you.

You can re-record or delete your clips at any time, which removes them from the live service going forward; copies already used in marketing or advertising, or kept in backups, may remain.

We don't guarantee that any VA will be hired, that any employer will pay on time, or that the service will be available without interruption. Use it as-is, with no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law, with or without notice.
