Privacy Policy.

When you sign up as an employer, we collect your email, name, and company. When you sign up as a VA, we additionally collect your country, city, English level, skills, industries, hourly rate, and the voice intro you record on the platform.

We collect basic usage data — which profiles you played, who you messaged, who you saved — to make the matching better and to detect abuse.

Employer-facing pages display the public parts of a VA's profile (name, country/city, skills, voice intro, hourly rate). We do not show contact details until an employer unlocks them through a paid plan.

We never sell personal data. We use Supabase for storage, authentication, and database; Stripe for payments; Resend for transactional email; and Gemini/OpenAI for narrowly-scoped script generation and transcription.

Voice intros are stored privately. Employers can stream them through short-lived signed URLs; the underlying file is never publicly indexable. You can re-record or delete a clip at any time from your profile.

You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@hirebyvoice.com. Account deletion removes your profile, voice clips, messages, and payment history within 30 days.

We use first-party cookies only — for authentication and preferences. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
