Most recently, I worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Audien Hearing, where I helped customers resolve technical issues and provided excellent customer service. Before that, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for the HealthNet account for six months, where I assisted providers with eligibility verification and benefits coverage inquiries My key strengths include communication, customer relationship management, problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management. However, among all these skills, I believe the most important skill in customer service is the ability to build genuine connections with customers by showing empathy and providing reassurance.
