I’ve spent the last six years working as an ISA in the real estate and mortgage loan industry. In this role, I handled outbound and inbound calls, qualifying leads, and connecting with potential clients. One of my strongest skills is building rapport quickly. Whenever I speak with someone on the phone, I just want to create a good conversation on that call. Right now, I am looking for a role where I can continue using my communication skills, especially in customer interaction, sales support, or voice-based roles where connection and clarity are important.
