I’m an Executive Assistant with over 10 years of experience supporting US and UK business owners, with a focus on sales and business development. I started in customer support, handling orders and customer issues for a major US department store and an eCommerce brand. I then supported coaches and online education businesses. I managed their calendars, called leads from their ads, followed up with no-shows and booked appointments. I also wrote follow-up scripts and trained a team of 10. Most recently, I was EA to the President of a property management company in Minnesota. I ran a pipeline of 7,000+ owner leads and booked consultations and site visits.
