I've spent the last 15 years working in BPO, mostly as customer service, technical support, and few years back got promoted as workforce management as intraday analyst and Sales reports analyst. The thing I'm best at is report, transforming raw data to useful dashboard that paints story to end user what have happen and what need to be done to achieve target goal. and the role I'm looking for next is same if not related, probably reports analyst or even date entry. I'm looking for part time as well, preferably day shift.
